Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technical/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning
• Diploma in Electrical
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age 25 to 35 years

B.Sc in Engineering will pet priority.

1. Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers in the industrial, commercial, textile, pharmaceutical, food, power, and manufacturing sectors.

2. Generate new sales opportunities for chillers, cooling towers, HVAC systems, and water-treatment chemicals.

3. Conduct customer visits, identify technical requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.

4. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, sales presentations, and technical offers in coordination with the engineering team.

5. Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and achieve assigned sales targets.

6. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineers, and service teams for smooth project execution and delivery.

7. Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and technical support.

8. Coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment.

9. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for maintenance, replacement, upgrading, and energy-saving solutions.

10. Promote and sell water-treatment and cooling-tower chemicals, including chemicals for scale control, corrosion control, microbiological control, and system cleaning.

11. Conduct site inspections and collect operating data such as cooling-water parameters, temperature, flow, pressure, and chemical-treatment requirements.

12. Coordinate water-quality testing and recommend appropriate chemical dosing programs based on customer requirements.

13. Prepare service reports, inspection reports, chemical consumption reports, and customer visit reports.

14. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure timely resolution.

15. Develop new accounts and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular customer visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

16. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product pricing, and customer requirements.

17. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and service targets.

18. Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, quotations, orders, service calls, and payment follow-ups.

19. Coordinate with accounts and commercial teams regarding sales collection and outstanding payments.

20. Support tender participation, project negotiations, contract discussions, and technical/commercial presentations when required.

21. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and customer-site procedures.
