• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

• Age At least 30 years

Experience:

• Candidates must have engineering in EEE background and Sales experience 4 to 5 Years, in Industrial product.

• Experience in sales for Electrical Substation Equipment, Busbar Trunking (BBT), Distribution Panel Board, Generator, Solar System, AVR, Cable Ladder, Cable Trunking System etc.

Responsibility: Powerpoint Engineering Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead marketing and sales of Substation Equipment, Busbar Trunking System (BBT), Solar System, Generator and other power related products to Industries, Garments, Textile, and Real Estate developers in Bangladesh with the followings:

• Sales of Substation, BBT system, Transformer, Distribution Panel Boards, Generator, Solar System, Cable Trunking System, Cable Ladder & Electrical equipment.

• Achieve sales target agreed with the management.

• Market assessments, sales trends analysis, Conduct frequent meetings with Clients & Consultants.

• Take leadership to run the sales department independently.

• Prepare reports on sales performance & Maintain Sales Database.

• Ensure proper training of sales team to fulfill the sales target with proper planning.
