Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Disaster Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field from a reputed university.

• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification is required/preferred according to project requirements.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 30 to 45 years

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project HSE management.

• Experience in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, power, or overseas construction projects will be preferred.

• Practical experience in work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, electrical safety, PTW, emergency response, risk assessment, incident investigation, and contractor/subcontractor HSE management will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to work at remote/overseas project locations and under challenging site conditions.

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a multicultural project team.

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, OSHA, IOSH, and all safety regulations.

• Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all activities.

• Conduct risk assessments for all site operations, especially high-risk works.

• Identify and control environmental impacts like dust, noise, waste, and pollution.

• Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans (fire, medical, spill, evacuation, etc.).

• Carry out regular site inspections to detect unsafe acts and conditions.

• Coordinate daily HSE activities with project staff and subcontractors.

• Ensure proper use and availability of PPE, fire safety tools, and first aid kits.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.

• Provide ongoing safety awareness and training to all workers.

• Monitor safe use of machinery and ensure only trained operators work.

• Maintain all HSE records, reports, and documentation.

• Stop unsafe work immediately when required.

• Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and IOSH safety standards.

• Promote a strong safety culture and worker participation.

• Take part in safety audits and management reviews.

• Maintain good housekeeping and safe material storage.

• Must be physically fit and free from color blindness.
