Role Description The Architect will work on-site in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with designers, artists, and project stakeholders to develop functional and visually compelling architectural solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining architectural concepts, preparing drawings and design documents, and integrating artistic elements such as murals, sculptures, and installations into interior and exterior spaces. The role involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers, overseeing project progress, and ensuring that designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Architect will also support project planning and timeline management, while contributing to the development of innovative spaces that reflect ShilpoBari Limited’s artistic vision.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate artistic concepts into functional built environments.

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project timelines and budgets.

• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools (e.g., CAD software, visualization platforms) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and ability to produce clear technical drawings and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, along with relevant professional experience.

• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Bangladesh.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and on-site environments.

• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and an interest in integrating art and architecture in public and private spaces.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the relevant fields.
