• Candidates must possess a minimum qualification of HSC, Diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent (preference will be given in such cases).

Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience as a Coating Section Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of coating processes, roller adjustment, machine operation, and quality inspection. Ability to monitor production parameters and troubleshoot basic coating defects. Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Adjust coating rollers, machine speeds, and temperatures before starting production runs.

• Prepare and test coating mixtures to ensure the correct viscosity and consistency.

• Monitor machine gauges and observe the moving paper to identify coating flow issues early.

• Inspect coated paper regularly to ensure even coating thickness and product quality.

• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production standards.

• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team when necessary.

• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

• Complete production records and quality control documentation accurately.
