• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with IAB Affiliation.

• Experience in Design of both renovations and new construction.

• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and local permitting/paperwork processes.

• Basic knowledge of Shop Drawing and Documentation, DAP, BNBC-2020 Bidhimala.

• Confident working in 3D and strong portfolio demonstrating artistic + technical ability.

• Strong communication skills.
  

• Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, Max- V-ray Render, D-5, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).

• Lead projects across design, documentation, permitting, and site coordination.

• Produce and oversee drawings and construction documentation.

• Coordinate consultants, timelines, and deliverables with strong quality control.

• Engage with clients to manage requirements, feedback, and presentations.

• Support and guide team members with clear direction and follow-through.

• Anticipate challenges and propose practical, well-resolved solutions.

• Work within project deadlines and ensure consistent quality.
