• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Well communication skills both in Bengali & English Language.

Should possess team management skills. Should be results oriented, time bound & able to work in pressure.

To perform all functions under supervision and control by the foreign expert.

To estimate & prepare the requisitions and submit them to the store for collecting the material.

To set manpower shift wise as per production plan.

To prepare & ensure the proper routine and preventive maintenance of the machinery in production processes.

To ensure proper storage of materials & goods to the selected places.

To achieve production targets according to the production plan.

To keep records of all maintenance works to be performed.

To take necessary measures to minimize the incidents of breaking down of machines due to Mechanical faults.

To assign and control the responsibilities of subordinates.

To do any other duties assigned by the management.
