Principal Architect

Company: Florentia Real Estates Ltd.
Workplace: Head Office, Uttara, Dhaka
Working Days: 3 Days/Week
Office Hours: Flexible, based on project & design requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full Design & Architecture Team of Florentia Real Estates Ltd.

• Lead conceptual, schematic, detailed, and construction designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documents.

• Prepare, coordinate, sign, and submit drawings for RAJUK and other regulatory approvals, subject to applicable professional requirements.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK Building Rules, Fire Safety Regulations, and applicable laws.

• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Engineering, Consultants, Contractors, and other project teams.

• Review shop drawings, monitor site execution, and ensure construction follows approved architectural designs.

• Lead design reviews, resolve technical issues, and maintain architectural quality and project timelines.

• Manage multiple projects and provide technical guidance to the Management and project teams.

Educational Qualification

• B.Arch from a recognized university.

• M.Arch will be an added advantage.

• Graduates from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET will receive preference.

Professional Requirements

• Full Member of IAB – Mandatory.

• RAJUK Enlistment/Eligibility – Mandatory.

• Must be professionally eligible/authorized to sign and submit architectural drawings to RAJUK and other approval authorities.

• Strong knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK regulations, Fire Safety Regulations, and construction practices.

Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant experience; 8+ years preferred.

• Experience in Real Estate Development, Architectural/Engineering Consulting, or Interior Design will be highly preferred.

Required Skills

AutoCAD | Revit/BIM | SketchUp | Lumion | Adobe Photoshop | 3D Modeling & Rendering

Strong design, leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.

Working Arrangement

• 3 working days per week.

• Working hours will be flexible and determined according to team requirements, project workload, design deadlines, site visits, meetings, and approval requirements.

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience, professional qualifications, IAB/RAJUK status, technical expertise, and leadership capability.
