About the Position

CHARU Interior & Architects is looking for a dedicated, technically skilled, and responsible Site Engineer (Interior) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in interior project execution and be capable of preparing accurate quotations and project estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects on-site.

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure quality workmanship.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations.

• Estimate project costs based on drawings, materials, and site conditions.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality standards.

• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and material requisitions.

• Verify measurements and maintain project documentation.

• Solve on-site technical issues efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
