• Age 23 to 30 years

-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s desirable) with IAB Affiliation.
-Experience in both renovations and new construction.
-Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and local permitting/paperwork processes.
-Basic knowledge of project management.
-Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, and BIM workflows.
-Confident working in 3D and strong portfolio demonstrating artistic + technical ability.
-Strong communication skills.

•Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, Max- V-ray Render, D-5, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
•Lead projects across design, documentation, permitting, and site coordination

•Produce and oversee drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation

•Coordinate consultants, timelines, and deliverables with strong quality control

•Engage with clients to manage requirements, feedback, and presentations

•Support and guide team members with clear direction and follow-through

•Anticipate challenges and propose practical, well-resolved solutions
