• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 32 years

·         IEB Membership Preferable

·         Develop and prepare calculations, structural drawings, and specifications for construction projects

·         Analyze existing structures for safety, stability, and compliance with codes

·         Collaborate with architects and other engineers to design cost-effective structural solutions

·         Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis tools

·         Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress and findings

·         Conduct site inspections and evaluations to monitor construction and ensure compliance

·         Participate in project meetings with clients and stakeholders to review designs and specifications

·         Provide technical support during the construction phase

·         Investigate structural failures and propose remedial actions Keep up to date with advancements in structural design and engineering technologies Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes and standards

·         Experience with advanced structural analysis software (such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro)

·         Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)

·         Strong background in seismic design and analysis

·         Experience in managing and mentoring junior engineers

·         Strong understanding of building codes and standards- BNBC or equivalent

·         Experience with structural analysis and design tools
