• Advanced AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing skills.

• Ability to prepare accurate technical and working drawings.

• Knowledge of construction drawings, drafting standards, and documentation.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Akij Venture Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Executive (Architectural Draftsman) to support the Architectural Planning & Design team by preparing accurate AutoCAD drawings, detailed designs, and working drawings for architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate AutoCAD drawings, detailed design drawings, and working drawings based on architectural planning requirements.

• Convert design concepts and sketches into precise technical drawings for project execution.

• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings as required.

• Update and revise drawings based on design changes and project requirements.

• Maintain proper drawing standards, including dimensions, layers, annotations, and revision control.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate drawing delivery.

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.

• Maintain organized records of drawings and technical documents.

• Support project execution by providing quality drawings within deadlines.
