• 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, factory/building projects, and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of construction supervision, estimation, structural drawings, contractor management, and building maintenance.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Take responsibility for overseeing all civil works of the factory buildings and premises.

• Assist in overall construction activities, including proposal preparation, coordination, planning, supervision, implementation, and obtaining necessary approvals from higher management for new building and construction projects.

• Supervise and monitor the maintenance of existing buildings, structures, and related facilities as directed by management.

• Supervise Project Junior Engineers, Helpers, and other relevant staff.

• Monitor construction and project activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Prepare and verify estimates for required construction materials.

• Review and check Material Purchase Requisitions (MPRs) related to civil works.

• Check and verify contractors` bills and work measurements before submission for approval.

• Ensure the successful and timely completion of assigned engineering and construction projects.

• Review and check structural drawings and ensure proper implementation at the site.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other concerned parties as required.

• Perform any other civil engineering-related duties assigned by management.

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
