Context

GSL Export Limited is seeking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser (MTO) to support merchandising operations, including sourcing, costing and buyer communication. The role focuses on infant soft toys items and requires close coordination with suppliers, buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost sheets for products and development samples.

• Review tech packs, identify new materials, and follow up on missing or unclear information.

• Support order follow-ups and sampling activities.

• Support to coordinate with suppliers for raw material sourcing, booking and delivery.

• Assist in buyer communication through emails and updates.

• Support sourcing of new products to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

• Coordinate with the commercial team regarding shipping documents and formalities.

• Maintain and update data in ERP software.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
