Responsibilities & Context:

• Establish and maintain a balanced inventory.

• Follow up on all material returns and credit requests.

• Control purchase and ordering procedures to maintain department profitability.

• Ensure all incoming Parts are checked for conformity and price and return any non-conforming or damaged part with credit request or insurance claim.

• Manage daily operations of warranty dept. Works with Service, Product Support & Sales Department, knowledge of relevant legal warranty issues & claims, Promotes Co.

• Prepared Monthly Parts Analysis Report (Minimum Stock level, Monthly parts consumption and sales Target)

• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.

• Coordinate with Production and dispatch department to ensure the delivery as per requirement in right time.

• Carry out local purchase as per purchase policies and procedure, follow up storing process for all the collected materials

• Attend Parts Management Training get certification 

• Verify the parts Price and parts Quality. 

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• Any other Job Assigned by the Management
