Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage potential customer leads.
Contact students/customers through phone calls, Messenger, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Explain products, courses, offers and services clearly to potential customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed sales/admissions.
Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, sales and conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and provide professional support.
Work with the team to improve sales strategies and business growth.
