Responsibilities & Context:
Proven working experience in the field of Import/ Export (Air and Sea).
Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination, including arranging shipments, booking cargo space, and coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and agents.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for import and export processes.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to shipments, providing timely and satisfactory solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Liaise with vendors and service providers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Strong knowledge of on day-to-day Freight Forwarding operational activities.
Develop and monitor shipment to ensure on-time shipment.
Coordinate with Sales – Marketing, Supply Chain & Management.
Analyze Sales forecast and smooth service with optimize resource utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly planning reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command over MS Office/ Excel, E-mail, internet, and report writing.
Good English Skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
