Responsibilities & Context:
✅ Handle daily flight reservations and ticket issuance
✅ Manage GDS & OTA bookings efficiently
✅ Process reissue, revalidation, refund, cancellation and exchange
✅ Check fare rules and provide accurate fare quotations
✅ Handle international & domestic ticketing
✅ Coordinate with airlines, consolidators and clients
✅ Maintain proper booking records, invoices and reports
✅ Support and guide junior ticketing executives when required
