Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems (Grasso—reciprocating & screw compressors, double-stage system).
Monitor pressure, temperature, oil levels, and overall system performance.
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper operation of cold storage, flake ice machines, IQF & blast freezer systems.
Maintain required temperature standards for production and storage.
Handle breakdowns efficiently to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs and reports.
Ensure safe handling of ammonia (NH₃) and follow safety protocols.
Detect and respond to ammonia leakage promptly.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
