Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and manage the availability of products in cold storage as per requisition.
Ensure goods are stored properly at the right temperature.
To arrange appropriate warehousing for commodity receiving, dispatching, stacking, food quality control and labor handling.
Inspect overall warehouse premises to ensure commodity safety i.e. check for roof leaks drainage, compound fence, fire-fighting and other pertinent equipment, gates, lighting and security system of warehouse.
Get information about confirmed orders from sales team and invoice in ERP as well as delivery.
Monitor and manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs.
Various types of record keeping and communicate with other Department.
Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labor, and security guards.
Prepare various reports and charts such as ledger maintain, warehouse cleaning chart (yearly), warehouse report (daily, monthly), receive & dispatch report, daily warehouse report, waybill, loss and adjustment report, monthly commodity status report.
