Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, Marketing, English or a related discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Media Relations.

  • Experience in a corporate house or reputed agency will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

Corporate Communications

  • Develop compelling corporate stories, press releases, feature articles, media notes, speeches and executive messages.

  • Coordinate communication activities across all SBUs.

  • Ensure consistency in corporate messaging and brand positioning.

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists.

  • Arrange media interviews, press conferences, media briefings and factory visits.

  • Respond to media queries professionally.

Content Development

  • Prepare PR materials including:

    • Press Releases

    • Opinion Articles

    • Executive Profiles

    • Corporate Fact Sheets

    • Media Kits

    • Q&A Documents

    • Crisis Statements

Reputation Management

  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment.

  • Identify reputation risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate crisis communication when required.

 Internal Communication

  • Assist in producing internal newsletters, employee communications, and corporate announcements.

  • Support communication campaigns for employee engagement.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly PR performance reports.

  • Analyze media coverage using Share of Voice (SOV), Earned Media Value (EMV), sentiment analysis and reach.
