Diploma or Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Experience in Auto Bricks, Ceramic, Cement, or similar manufacturing industries will be given preference. Strong knowledge of production planning, workforce management, and machine operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, supervise, and control daily production operations.
Ensure achievement of production targets and improve production efficiency.
Oversee the management of raw materials, fuel, and workforce.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Maintain product quality standards and minimize wastage.
Prepare production reports and submit them to management.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
