• Age 27 to 35 years

1. Design, develop and maintain the company website with responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

2. Develop, customize and maintain the company’s e-Commerce platform.

3. Implement product catalog, product details, shopping cart, checkout, customer account and order tracking features.

4. Develop and maintain online sales functionalities and promotional campaigns.

5. Integrate payment gateways, courier/delivery systems, inventory and other third-parties.

6. Manage product uploads, pricing, offers, banners and other website content in coordination with relevant departments.

7. Ensure website speed, security, uptime, mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

8. Monitor website traffic, customer behavior and online sales performance using appropriate analytics tools.

9. Implement SEO-friendly structures and technical improvements to increase organic traffic.

10. Troubleshoot website, e-Commerce and online sales-related technical issues.

11. Develop new features and functionalities based on business and customer requirements.

12. Ensure proper backup, data security and protection of customer information.

13. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, SCM and IT teams for digital business activities.

14. Prepare regular reports on website performance, online orders, sales and key digital KPIs.

15. Stay updated with the latest web development, e-Commerce, digital marketing and online sales technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a relevant field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Web Development and e-Commerce.

• Proven experience in developing and managing commercial websites and e-Commerce platforms.
