Responsibilities & Context:
Design plan and conduct R&D experiments on gypsum board formulations and raw materials.
Develop and improve product formulations to enhance quality and cost efficiency.
Conduct product testing and trials, analyze the results and documentation.
Support quality improvement and process development initiatives.
Maintain laboratory records, test data and technical documentation in compliance with safety procedures.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support operational excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends and relevant regulatory requirements.
