Responsibilities & Context:
Perform Customer Service Management audits according to the defined scope of audit work and job assignments.
Perform physical inspections of inventories, and transaction testing (e.g., invoices, expenses vouchers, job orders, requisitions etc.).
Review the policies and operating effectiveness of key internal wheels related to Customer Service Management.
Identifying control gaps and compliance letdowns that could lead to financial, operational, or reputational impairment.
Prepare objective, concise audit reports detailing findings, root causes, and providing actionable recommendations for management to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
