অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট, আবাসিক ভবন বা সমজাতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানে কেয়ারটেকার হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল, বিশ্বস্ত ও ভদ্র আচরণের অধিকারী হতে হবে।
শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ ও কর্মক্ষম হতে হবে।
