Responsibilities & Context:
Drive sales growth through Flavours & Food Ingredient Solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the food & beverage, bakery, dairy and related industries.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for Flavours and Food Ingredients.
Handle sales of Flavours and provide suitable solutions based on customer requirements and applications.
Understand flavour applications, market trends and customer needs to support business development.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales planning and customer engagement.
Conduct regular customer visits within Dhaka, outside Dhaka and abroad as required.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales and service support.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback and business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
