1) To check COA of RM,FG.WIP and PM . BR

2) To raise and check SPR for the laboratory items and chemicals.BR

3) To check the BMR of FG.BR

4) Look after the Quality Manufacturing of the production in the production floor to ensure the GMP.BR

5) To ensure the quality of each product and follow up the every test parameters of Quality control department for assurance of product.BR

6) To ensure new innovation of product by making new recipe and implementation of that recipe for developed products.BR

7) Supervision of all Officer Production and Quality control, Stor personnel ,Supervisors activities. BR

8) Monitoring to ensure the product specification and the quality & stability of the product.BR

9) To take care of stock & inventory control of all lab equipment ,chemicals ,packing materials & finished goods as well as persuasion for immediate procurements practically.BR

10) To find out the remedy of customers consumers complain.BR

11) Select as Management Reprehensive for ISO. 9001:2015 .BR

12) Responsible for new product and recipe development.BR

13) Responsible for cost saving initiatives along with supply chain. BR

14) Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals.BR

15) Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and upgrade & maintain quality standards.BR

16) Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.BR

17) Responsible for submitting periodically raw materials collection and Finished Products making & reserve status report to the Top management with a copy to the concerned officials.BR

18) Develop & implementation of production schedule that meets need of marketing team and ensures safety stock of raw materials, Packaging Materials & finished goods to meet the market demand & make sure proper & timely distribution process as per indent of HCSM.BR

19) To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.BR

20) Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.BR

21) Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice),GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and safety procedures for staffs.BR

22) To monitor and supervise sales order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner.BR

23) Work closely with QC Team to review product consistency while monitoring to determine trends and areas of improvement.BR

24) Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.BR

25) To ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies.
