Experience:

· Sound knowledge of diplomatic etiquette, confidentiality, premium client service, property leasing and documentation.
· Professional, culturally sensitive, service-oriented and able to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams.

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Embassy Relations will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with embassies, diplomatic missions, international organizations, and expatriate communities to generate leasing opportunities, expand the premium client base, and ensure exceptional client service. Acting as a key liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, this role will drive strategic engagement, facilitate business opportunities, and support the growth objectives of ACI Properties Ltd.
What You Will Do
· Develop and manage relationships with embassies, high commissions, consulates, international organizations and expatriate clients.
· Generate qualified residential and commercial leasing opportunities and recommend properties based on location, security, facilities and budget.
· Manage client meetings, property visits, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, lease offers and official correspondence.
· Coordinate lease documentation, handover, renewals, payments and service requirements with internal teams.
· Ensure timely resolution of client queries, maintenance requests and complaints while maintaining diplomatic protocol and confidentiality.
· Track rental rates, competitors and upcoming lease opportunities; maintain an updated client database and business pipeline.
