Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with internal departments, mobilization, and processing teams to facilitate smooth recruitment, visa processing, deployment, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and regularly update candidate, client, supplier, and recruitment databases in the ERP system, while preparing timely recruitment reports and operational updates for management.
Ensure all activities comply with company policy.
Prepare daily activity and report.
Perform any others responsibilities assign by management.
