Experience Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Customs (C&F) operations.

• Must have proven experience in handling Industrial Plant Machinery, Capital Machinery, and Spare Parts (excluding Export-Oriented Factory operations).

• Strong knowledge of HS Codes, Customs Act, Customs Rules, SROs, and import procedures is mandatory.

• Experience in dealing with Customs, Port Authorities, Shipping Lines, and related government organizations will be considered an advantage.

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented professional to join our Customs & Commercial team. The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in customs clearance, import regulations, and documentation related to Industrial Plant Machinery, Capital Machinery, and Spare Parts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end customs clearance activities for import consignments.

• Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable Customs Rules, SROs, and government regulations.

• Classify products accurately using the appropriate HS Codes.

• Process customs assessment, examination, and release of consignments efficiently.

• Liaise with Customs authorities, government agencies, shipping lines, ports, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure timely clearance of shipments while minimizing operational delays.

• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure full compliance with the latest Customs laws and SROs.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth import operations.
