Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare individual/Team-wise action plan for overall fact finding and communicate with fact finding related concern persons.
Analyze assigned issues and develop checklist, questionnaire for concern person.
Examine complainant, respondents and witness.
Interviewing and taking notes, collect fact finding related written statements and documents.
Planning and conduct crosscheck of complainant, respondents and witnesses’ statements and all documents, Corroborating evidences and final checking.
Analyze collected all statements, documents and evidences and identify logical correlation among information and evidences.
Input all relevant facts in report, provide clear description of complaints, compose all written statements, Attach all relevant documents and evidences with report.
Take feedback on draft report from supervisor and finalize report according to fact and feedback.
Presenting report to enquiry board/Counsel and taking the final approval from authority.
