Position: SDT Regional Manager

Report To: Project Manager
Location: North Bengal and Dhaka

Salary Range: BDT 90K – 100K

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and supervise the regional team to achieve yearly setting objectives.
• Develop and execute regional strategies based on market, competitor, and field insights.
• Build a high-performing team through regular field coaching, feedback, and capability development activities.
• Ensure quality scientific communication and effective medical detailing through regional team.
• Manage relationships with HCPs, KOLs, institutions, associations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product availability, market trends, and distribution activities.
• Ensure accurate reporting, performance reviews, corrective actions, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Academic Qualification:

·       Bachelor’s degree in any subject/ discipline from science faculty in reputed university.

·       In addition, MBA will be preferred.

Key Requirement:

·       3–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)

·       Proven ability to lead large teams, drive execution excellence, coach team members, manage performance, and ensure compliance.

·       Proficient in MS Office, AI tools.

·       Strong knowledge of Nutrition, Brands & Competition, territory planning, scientific communication, and field execution.

·       Excellent leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, influencing, and decision-making abilities.

·       Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, negotiation, and execution skills.

·       Results-oriented, adaptable, organized, ethical, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
