Job Context

100% export-oriented shoe manufacturing factory invites application for the position of Printing Technician in Screen Printing department who will be responsible to run the department independently.

Job Responsibilities

. Responsible for qualitative production in sport shoes production of the factory.

. Should have proper & practical knowledge on screen printing (especially screen printing on shoes, Flip Flop) related works.

. Should have experience on Screen printing related color, color recipe, color mixing and process works.

. Able to properly handle, train, educate, monitor, control & manage under commands with achieving targets in time.

. Follow the screen-printing schedule and execute it on regular basis.

. Make & keep a regular & continual communication with all other respective & concern persons/ departments.

. Make necessary report to the superior on a regular basis.

. Perform other duties as and when assign by the superior.
