Educational Requirements:
MBA or Master's degree from any reputed public or private university.
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/ Footwear Engineering/ Production Engineering or a relevant discipline will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a footwear manufacturing industry.
Candidates with direct footwear production experience will get special preference.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Excellent knowledge of production process flow and lead-time management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP or other production planning software.
Should be dynamic and team player having good interpersonal skills.
Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor and control production plans to ensure on-time delivery of export orders.
Coordinate with merchandising, production and supply chain teams to align materials and capacity.
Analyze production data, line capacity and order forecasts for effective scheduling.
Implement efficient planning systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and identify any bottlenecks or deviations from the plan.
Prepare periodic reports on production performance, delivery status and capacity utilization.
Support management in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare monthly manpower projection & analyze labor cost.
Assisting team in structuring projects and solving problems.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the superior(s).
