Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of PLC operation and basic troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Knowledge of CNC machines, automatic assembly lines, and welding processes.

• Familiarity with press machines, tube processing, crimping, and leak testing.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

• Knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and capacity analysis.

• Understanding of quality tools (7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA).

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma concepts.

• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in gas lift or metal component manufacturing.

• At least 2–3 years in a production supervisory or leadership role.
