Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to distributors.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Distribution teams.
Monitor delivery, stock movement and daily distribution activities.
Maintain good relationships with distributors and solve operational issues.
Plan, organise and Manage all distribution operations at depots to achieve the company’s goals.
Ensure on tome delivery as per the preplanned delivery schedule.
Monitor & Ensure physical inventory without short or excess by implementing FIFO Method.
Take Initiatives to reduce Sales Returns.
Monitor, Safety and Security at Depot premises and Company assets
Ensure proper documents, control and maintain necessary records
Requirements:
Master’s degree from a recognized university.
1–4 years of experience in FMCG/Food Distribution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be comfortable working in a field-based distribution environment.
