Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
Strong knowledge of branding, content strategy, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with graphic design, video editing, photography, or videography will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Meta AI, or similar platforms will be preferred.
Branding Management
Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies for all concerns.
Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies and campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and reputation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for branding activities.
Support the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and corporate communications.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.
Manage all concerns social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & other digital platforms.
Review and publish engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, reels, and stories.
Monitor online engagement, customer feedback, and brand mentions.
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department to improve lead quality and conversion.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Assist the Department Head in managing daily departmental operations.
Guide and support content creators, graphic designers, video editors, photographer & other creative team member.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and campaigns.
Maintain team performance development
Presentation & Communication
Present branding strategies, campaign reports, and marketing plans to management.
Making video presentations for social platforms
Performance & Analytics
Track KPIs related to branding, engagement, reach, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Recommend improvements based on performance data and industry trends.
