Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and warm calls to generate new leads and hunt for prospective clients.

• Nurture sales leads through the entire admissions funnel, from initial inquiry to enrollment.

• Effectively follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Client Communication & Management:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), phone calls, and emails.

• Administrative Duties:

  • Assist students with the application and enrollment process.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all counseling sessions and communications.

  • Participate in marketing events, education fairs, and seminars as required.
