Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls and warm calls to generate new leads and hunt for prospective clients.
Nurture sales leads through the entire admissions funnel, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Effectively follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to convert inquiries into admissions.
Client Communication & Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), phone calls, and emails.
Administrative Duties:
Assist students with the application and enrollment process.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all counseling sessions and communications.
Participate in marketing events, education fairs, and seminars as required.
