Responsibilities & Context:

  • Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement the overall branding strategy for Idealist Group and all sister concerns.

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent, and professional brand identity across all platforms.

  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly branding plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communications.

  • Lead corporate branding, employer branding, and reputation management initiatives.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

  • Oversee all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, websites, and other online channels.

  • Plan and manage content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and marketing automation initiatives.

  • Continuously optimize digital performance to maximize business growth.

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Lead Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media campaigns.

  • Develop lead generation strategies and sales funnels for all business units.

  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.

Creative & Content Leadership

  • Lead the development of high-quality creative content, including graphics, videos, reels, photography, motion graphics, presentations, brochures, company profiles, and marketing materials.

  • Ensure all creative outputs reflect the brand identity and business objectives.

  • Approve major branding and marketing materials before publication.

Team Leadership & Department Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Branding & Digital Marketing Department.

  • Supervise Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Social Media Executives, Video Editors, Photographers, Paid Ads Specialists and other creative professionals.

  • Set departmental KPIs, monitor team performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Establish SOPs and best practices for departmental operations.

Corporate Communication & Presentation

  • Present branding strategies, campaign performance, marketing plans, and business insights to the CEO and senior management.

  • Represent the department in strategic meetings and cross-functional discussions.

  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and executive dashboards.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze digital marketing performance using data-driven insights.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

  • Track departmental KPIs and recommend strategic improvements.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
