Responsibilities & Context:

Nocfinity is looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and user-focused digital experiences for our web and software products.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI Design, UX Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Figma, with the ability to transform complex requirements into simple and effective user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and software products.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct UX research and identify usability improvements.

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.

• Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.

• Ensure consistency across typography, colors, layouts, components, and interactions.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and management.

• Review implemented designs and ensure accurate design-to-development execution.

• Improve existing products based on user feedback, analytics, and usability findings.

• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

  Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web, dashboard, SaaS, or software product design.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.

• Good understanding of user flows, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.

• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work closely with developers and understand practical implementation constraints.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; portfolio and practical skills will receive greater consideration.
