Strong practical skills in Videography or Video Editing.Good understanding of lighting, composition and visual storytelling.Experience with product and model-based content is preferred.Strong knowledge of video editing and colour grading.Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities & Context

GLOSSY GLOW is looking for creative and skilled Videographers and Video Editors to create high-quality visual content for our Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care brand.

This recruitment is for two roles under one job post: Videographer & Video Editor.

Videographer

• Shoot product, model, beauty and lifestyle content.

• Handle camera, lighting, framing and composition.

• Capture content from studio, GLOSSY GLOW shops, campaigns, product launches and daily activities.

• Work with professional models and create engaging visual content.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on content ideas and shoots.

Video Editor

• Edit raw footage into high-quality branded content.

• Create Reels, social media videos and advertising content.

• Handle colour grading, sound design, captions and motion graphics.

• Adapt videos into different formats for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand style.
