We are looking for a Photography, Visualization & Content Management Executive who can transform Baah's products and ideas into compelling visual content across e-commerce, social media and digital advertising. The successful candidate will have significant opportunity to influence how Baah looks and communicates online.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Lifestyle Photography

• Photograph Baah's products for the website, social media, marketplaces and advertising.

• Capture product details, textures, materials, construction and functionality with AI assisted tools.

• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras confidently. Manage basic lighting, backdrop, composition and product styling. Or strong candidates with exceptional photography and visualization skills will be considered at a higher level.

• Maintain consistency in Baah's established photography style.

4. E-commerce Content Management

• Upload and manage product images, copy content on Baah's website www.baahstore.com

• Update visual assets when products, collections or campaigns change

• Ensure newly received products can be photographed and prepared for upload with a quick turnaround with usage of AI tools like Gemini, Midjourney, ChatGPT

• Coordinate with the E-commerce & Operations Executive to ensure products go live quickly.

• Maintain image quality, naming, sizing and formatting standards

5. Advertising & Creative Content

• Develop creative assets for Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising.

• Schedule and publish content according to the agreed content calendar

• Create multiple visual variations for testing.

• Produce short videos and Reels suitable for paid advertising. Learn from content/ad performance and improve future creative output.

• Work with management to develop campaign concepts and visual direction. Develop mood-boards, references and visual directions for new products and campaign
