Have a strong sense of creativity and visual storytelling.
Be able to understand a script and visualize scenes independently.
Have strong attention to detail.
Be able to maintain character and visual consistency.
Understand how to make animations engaging rather than simply moving objects on screen.
Be comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.Be deadline-oriented and responsible.
Be willing to learn new animation techniques and software.
Have an interest in YouTube content and digital storytelling.
Understand current social media and YouTube content trends.
Be capable of working both independently and as part of a creative team.

1. Create engaging and high-quality 2D animated videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.

2. Convert scripts and concepts into visual storytelling sequences.

3. Develop storyboards, scene compositions and basic animatics before production.

4. Create and animate characters, objects, backgrounds, icons and other visual elements.

5. Perform character rigging and character animation where required.

6. Create natural body movement, facial expressions and character reactions.

7. Perform accurate lip-sync animation with dialogue and voiceover.

8. Create smooth transitions, camera movements and motion graphics.

9. Synchronize animation with voiceover, background music and sound effects.

10. Develop animated explainer videos, storytelling videos, educational content and short-form content.

11. Maintain visual and character consistency throughout a video or series.

12. Modify and improve animation based on feedback.

13. Work closely with scriptwriters, content planners and other members of the creative team.

14. Deliver projects according to agreed production schedules and deadlines.

15. Optimize videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.

16. Research animation styles, visual trends and storytelling techniques.

17. Use AI-assisted creative tools where they can improve productivity while maintaining professional-quality output.
