About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Logistics to lead our entire logistics and shipping operations. Because furniture is large, heavy, and fragile, smooth logistics is at the heart of our business.

In this role, you and your team will handle everything related to moving our products—from bringing in raw materials and furniture parts to managing our warehouse and delivering finished furniture safely to our customers' doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide our logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Oversee all incoming shipments (imports and raw materials) and outgoing shipments (finished furniture).

• Work with shipping companies, truck drivers, and third-party delivery partners to get the best prices and reliable service.

• Keep our warehouse organized, safe, and efficient, ensuring furniture is stored properly to prevent damage and inventory counts are accurate.

• Ensure on-time, damage-free home deliveries, including white-glove setup and assembly service when required.

• Keep shipping costs within budget and find smart ways to speed up delivery times and reduce product damage.
