Responsibilities & Context:
Develop strategies to achieve service revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor and evaluate service teams, dealers, and service centers.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
Coordinate with international OEMs/Principals on technical and warranty matters.
Improve TAT, customer satisfaction, and retention through effective service management.
Ensure technician training, service readiness, and new product launch support in coordination with Sales, Parts, and Marketing.
