Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Inventory, Itel AC
Functional title: Warehouse In-Charge.
Type: Full-Time
Location: Warehouse Location

Role Purpose:
Own end-to-end warehouse operations for itel Air-Conditioner — inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, spare-parts dispatch to service vendors, and outbound finished-goods dispatch — ensuring stock integrity at all times.

Job Description:
1. Full accountability for warehouse operations — receiving inbound OEM shipments, finished-goods storage, spare-parts inventory, and outbound dispatch to distributors, retailers, and service vendors.
2. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical stock counts reconciled against system/ERP records; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
3. Enforce FIFO stock rotation and proper storage practices, including any handling precautions specific to units/components. 4. Coordinate spare-parts dispatch to third-party service vendors in line with SLA committed turnaround times.
5. Supervise and manage warehouse staffs.
6. Liaise with transport/logistics vendors for inbound shipments and outbound deliveries.
7. Own warehouse safety, security, and loss-prevention practices.
8. Prepare and submit periodic stock, dispatch, and aging/non-moving inventory reports to management.
9. Control warehouse operating costs (handling, storage, labor, transport).
10. Review, supervise and sign off on VAT/tax documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
• bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations, preferably within Appliance distribution.
• Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management software. • Prior experience supervising a small team.
• Familiarity with VAT/Mushak documentation for goods movement.

Ideal candidate: 3–5 years in warehouse/inventory operations, in electronics/appliance distribution; familiar with ERP or inventory software; comfortable managing a small team.
