Key Qualifications:

✔️ Honours & Master's Degree in Education

✔️ Experience in preschool or early childhood education (up to 6 years preferred)

✔️ Strong understanding of Cambridge and Montessori educational approaches

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and classroom management skills

✔️ Passion for delivering high-quality early years education
