Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in local and export markets.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product branding.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product quality and services.
Coordinate between production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operation.
Communicate regularly with dealers/distributors to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and market analysis reports to senior management.
